While you can use most Razer peripherals on macOS without any issue, customizing RGB effects requires dedicated software. Unfortunately, the official Razer Synapse app does not offer support for the latest versions of macOS. Mojave (10.14) is the most recent version supported by Synapse 2, and Synapse 3 cannot run on any Mac.

Razer macOS is an open-source alternative that allows you to manage color effects on Catalina, Big Sur, and probably later versions of macOS as well. It is based on openrazer, a similar project meant to bring support for Razer devices on Linux. The drivers are included in this Mac version as well, along with a GUI for managing color effects.

The menu bar app is Electron-based, and it will detect all your devices automatically. You can select the color effects you would like each of them to use, as well as customize the colors and brightness. Razer macOS is unobtrusive, and it's light on resources thanks to its simplistic UI.

The app should work with most Razer peripherals, including keyboards, mice, mouse pads, and headphones. Support for additional accessories is added with every new release, so keep an eye on the project if it doesn't yet work with a particular device.

No...at least not as comprehensive. However, there are simpler peripheral configuration apps such as Key Manager and X-Mouse Button Control for Windows and ControllerMate for Mac.
